The Issue
Plumrose Latinoamericana is a company in the Food Industry with more than 3,000 employees, dedicated to produce meat products from renowned brands like Oscar Mayer, Fiesta, and Plumrose itself.
During a revision of their annual budget, they determined that 70% if their annual budget in office supplies were going to paper and tint for the call report process made by the employees.
The Solution
The Nerd Cat worked closely with the Plumrose’s Research & Development department to develop a custom call reporting system to transform this manual process into a completely digital process.
Additionally, The Nerd Cat configured a Document Management System for digitalizing all the existing company documents, and managing all the new documents digitally with special permissions and version revision.
